Gives you sort of a victorian era feeling as there is no electric connection in the area. Rooms are lit with candles mostly. Wonderful experience, quiet environment, beautiful rooms with great view.

I found its location to be very close to nature and the natural flora surrounding it beautifies it all the more. However the management should pay heed to having a hygienic sewage system as the rooms at first floor and the lobby areas were full of bad odour.

Kumaon Mandal Vikas Nigam Tourist House is also built here. Tourists come here from far and wide and then see the beautiful Binsar. This Kumaon Mandal Vikas Nigam rest house is very beautiful and luxurious and the behavior of the staff is excellent, all the rooms are clean and tidy. From here, the greenery all around and the chirping of birds fascinates the mind...🪄💝

Excellent location as usual, but the road condition is pathetic. Three hrs electricity only, otherwise use candles. Food is good and reasonable rate. Room service is ok.

Amazing views. Nice rooms. But no running hot water, no electricity after 9pm. Not for the faint of heart

An awesome place. The property is situated inside the bird sanctuary and fully ran by solar power. Well maintained. Would be a bit difficult during winter time. But the snow clad morning view is just mind blowing!!

This is a must stay if you are touring Kumayun region. You can see different peaks from here. You can witness a great sunrise and sunset here. Food, room, service is great. But the view from the terrace is awesome. You can see galaxy if you get clear sky at night. Still one of my best places. Just one thing, you will get lights from 6-9 PM only. Dinner and Breakfast are complementary here.

Truly an Amazing experience. The provide electricity only 3 hours at night which means you get to enjoy without net, wifi or lights. Temperature is mostly cold so no fans required. The view is so breathtaking and you also see the Himalayas.
